When I was running errands to get some things off your shopping list last Sunday and then when I came home to put away a few groceries of ours, I kept smiling as there were reminders of you everywhere I turned... You all are RIGHT HERE WITH US in so many ways...
See below for a few of the things that make you all seem you are not really that far away.
If I took pictures of everything, I would not have enough room on my phone to store all the files. :)
bright yellow sunflowers at Trader Joe's
the giant bag of pinto beans in my drawer that I have not used yet
(but I know there are soups in our future this fall)
the frozen peas in our freezer (for ice packs and for a vegetable source)
the giant tub of Gatorade
more bars we still have leftover
ginger tea I still have left...
(with the cooler weather coming, I am not sure how long this bag will last)
drawings from UPC (Taylor's lacrosse sticks drawn above) that remind me of sitting with you
all in the same pew and seeing the boys work so meticulously on some of these little notecards
Top Pot doughnuts that a friends (Evan and Arie) bought for us after our kayak through the Locks with them last weekend. Whenever I see Top Pot, I think of Liam and the maple bars he loved getting there. :)
