in Forest Grove, Oregon on Monday morning...

I have run this route a number of times so I knew a big hill was up ahead, but the fog covered the view from where I took this picture. It reminded me that sometimes it's just good that we don't know too far ahead. We are given enough light for the next step and somehow it's enough...
just wanted you to know you were certainly with me in spirit on this run....
