Of course, you all were with us in spirit yesterday
at the soccer game we hosted at Roosevelt for Taylor's birthday.
As Micah knows, I love any excuse to bake something up in the kitchen
(if anything just to be able to test the dough or taste the icing).
Taylor and I searched for soccer cake ideas and settled on making a soccer field and then putting Lego guys on the field for the players. We found images for a logo for France and Brazil, printed those off on white labels and then stuck those on the Lego guys for their soccer uniforms. The fun part was when Anna made the soccer goals out of pipe cleaners and dental floss and then Taylor put the players on the field... Go team!!
